2. Log a Support Ticket
All support issues are dealt with via our ticket system operating 24/7. Please fill out a ticket for any support enquiries. Customers with a hosting plan can login to the control panel and click on 'request support' at the top right of the page after logging in.
3. Call us
Our support lines are open 24/7, so please call us on 0845 680 3814 if you have any difficulties or wish to know how to use a particular aspect of the service.
Please note that customers logging a support case using our ticket system receive a higher priority as they are answered directly by our technical team.
